Over time, working closely with borrowers revealed something important: access to capital was rarely the only challenge. Many businesses needed stronger financial and operational foundations before capital could truly support their growth. That realization led to the evolution of Lynn Capital Partners beyond traditional mortgage brokerage—expanding our work to help businesses strengthen their structure, improve financial readiness, and position themselves for opportunity.

Angela Lynn is the Founder of Lynn Capital Partners (LCP), where she works with business owners and industry professionals to bring clarity, structure, and practical strategy to complex financial decisions.
She began her career in private-money lending in 2003 as a Financial Analyst for a nationwide lender based in Sacramento. A graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Angela later earned her Master of Science in Accounting while continuing to build experience across nearly every facet of the real estate lending business.
Over more than two decades in the industry, Angela has worked across loan origination, underwriting, loan servicing, asset management, and mortgage fund operations. Today, she helps businesses strengthen financial and operational foundations, prepare for financing, and move from strategy to execution.
Angela currently serves on the Board of the Woodland Rotary Club and as Treasurer for All Leaders Must Serve.

Michael "Mike" Lynn

Mike Lynn brings a unique perspective to Lynn Capital Partners, shaped by more than two decades of leadership and service in law enforcement.
Mike began his career with the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department in 1999, retired in 2025 but continues to serve his community by mentoring deputies and helping guide the next generation of law enforcement professionals.
As a self-proclaimed “dreamer”, Mike has been a driving force in the launch and development of Lynn Capital Partners. And as LCP continues to grow, Mike’s role has evolved into what he proudly refers to as Chief Travel Strategist—combining his passion for travel, planning, and adventure with the stories and experiences shared through LCP’s Between Departures series.
And as Mike transitions into retirement from law enforcement, he looks forward to becoming more actively involved in the next chapter of Lynn Capital Partners.
