Commercial Bridge Loan

Commercial properties include, but are not limited to, Multi-Family, Industrial, Warehouse, Office, Cannabis, Retail, Auto & More). / Loan Minimum of $100,000, up to $5,000,000. / Max LTV 70%

Residential Fix & Flip

Fix & Flip of NOO residential properties / Loan Minimum $50,000, up to $7,500,000. / Max 70% LTV of ARV / Up to 90% of Purchase Price + up to 100% of Rehab Costs.

Ground Up Construction (Residential)

Non-owner-occupied, business purpose residential properties only. / Up to 75% of the ARV and up to 90% of the TLC / Loan Minimum $100,000, up to $2,000,000.

Short-Term Multi-Family Loan Program

5+ units and Mixed-use properties / Loan Minimum $250,000, up to $10,000,000 / Up to 75% LTV for Purchase, up to 70% LTV for Rate/Term Refinance and up to 65% for Cash-Out Refinance.

Commercial and Residential Land

Purchase of vacant land / Loan Minimum $100,000, up to $2,500,000 / Up to 50% LTV

Commercial Rehab & Construction

Renovation and construction funds for new and/or existing commercial real estate.

Commercial DSCR

Loan Minimum $100,000, up to $5,000,000 / Max 70% LTV
